Richard Thornton the sole executor for Europe & Richard Thornton, Lawrence Thornton, Margaret West (wife of William Ogle West), Ellen Simpson (wife of William Simpson) & Ann Devey (wife of William Devey) the brothers & sisters �and as such the residuary legatees named in a certain paper writing purporting to be a will of the said deceased� having been first duly cited but in no wise appeared, £20, Pts
