Received the thanks of Government for the capture of a rebel in the Huzara Hills, in 53, when in Command of 2 Companies, Khelat-i-Ghilzie Regiment. Received the thanks of Government for services against the Bussy Khel Tribes, while Commanding the Frontier Fort Mackeson, in 55.
