(Severely wounded.) Medal. Served in the Punjab Campaign, 48, 49. Present at Bunnoo, and also before Mooltan. Medal and Clasp. Received the thanks of Government. Promoted to Brevet-Major on becoming a Captain for services in the Punjab Campaign. Present at the disarming of the 4th Native Infantry, in 57, at the Fort of Kangra. Served in the expedition against the Mahsood Wuzeerees, in 60.
