Commanded the 43rd Native Infantry at the battle of Maharajpore. Bronze Star and Lieutenant- Colonel. Campaign on the Sutlej: present at the action of Sobraon. Medal and C.B. Commanded the 72nd Native Infantry at the 2nd siege and capture of Mooltan, led the Right Centre Column at the storming of the suburbs of Mooltan. (Wounded.) Medal. |
