Present at the capture of Churdah, Nujeedeeah, Bugeedeeah, and Bankee, under Lord Clyde, and in an affair with the rebels at Musha, 3rd April 59. Medal. Mentioned in the report of Colonel Hughes to the Adjutant General of the Army, 16th July 59. Brought to notice of the Commander-in-Chief by Major R. A. Ramsay, 59. Appointed Detachment Staff Officer to the Moveable Column under Lieutenant-Colonel J. Brind. |
