Engaged with the rebels at Rungorea, 20th April 58. Commanded the Allyghur Levy, and No. 4 Column, Bundlecund Field Force, from 7th October to 7th December 59. Engaged with the mutineers on 8th November 59. Received the thanks of the Governor-General, 9th December 59. Commanded No. 2 Flying Column in Kishenghur District, Bundlecund, from 7th December 59 to 31st March 60, and cleared it of mutineers.
