Also served in the following operations, against the Taiping Rebels, at the capture of stockades at Wong-ka-Dya, 4th April; stockaded village of Chowpoo, 17th April; and stockades near Nezeean, 29th April; at the capture of the walled towns of Kahding, 1st May; Tsingpoo, 12th May; Tsoling, 20th May; stockaded village of Manchioo, 17th May; and repulse of the rebels at Nezeean, 20th May 1862. |
