Present at the battle of Moodkee, 18th December 1845; Ferozeshuhur, 21st and 22nd December 1845; and Sobraon, 10th February 1846. Medal and 2 Clasps. Served in the Punjab Campaign of 1848-49. Present at Ramnuggur ; battles of Chillianwallah and Goojerat. Medal and 2 Clasps. Served in the Indian Campaign of 1858-59. Present at the siege and capture of Lucknow, attack on Fort Rooya, action at Allygunge, capture of Bareilly, action of Pusgaon, Russoolpore, capture of Fort Mittowlee, actions of Biswa and Mehindee.
