Register Entry  Towards the end of last month at St Petersburg Count Speraski former privat secretary to the Emper Alexander and Minister of Foreigh Affairs in 1812 and 1813 during the invasion of Russia by Nepoleon. It was this`` nobleman who first introduced to the notice of the Emperor Count Neseirode and Count Pozzo x Borgo when they were only cavalry officers in the Russian Army. He is said to have left some important memoirs exucidating the history of Russia and the general policy of Europe.
