Summary Remarks  Yesterday the Session of Oyer and Terminer commenced when Macnamara, MacCarty, Deane, Walker, Dobson and Boyden, Privates in the 2nd Battalion of European Infantry were arraigned for Burglary - in breaking open a Godown belonging to William Abbot, Esq, of Fort St George, on the night of the 27th of October, and stealing therefrom 11 pieces of Cloth. After a Trial of considerable length the Prisoners were acquitted.
