Summary Remarks  Government is pleased to abolish the Offices of Commissary and Controller General of Army Accounts, and has in place thereof, agreeable to the Bengal System, constituted a Military Auditor General's Department, of which Colonel Henry Malcolm is Military Auditor General. Lieutenant James Brunton, Deputy Military Auditor General, and Lieutenant P Bruce, Head Assistant.
