Three hundred grounds is made into a very elegant large garden. A river runs half round the gardens, two tanks and a rivulet of fresh water are near the House. which consists of one hall, two rooms, godown, cook room and stabling, the remainder of ground is paddy fields. For the above there is a Court Bill of Sale with a Company's Grant.
