Pettah on the south street of the Church between the houses of Yellapilly and Sadasevah Moodeliar, measuring 85 feet by 37 feet. On Friday the 5th, a large garden with two Brominy houses, three boutiques, a large tank and well, situated at Lungambaeckum southward to Colonel Capper's garden, measuring four cawnies and two and a half grounds, being the property of the above named defendant, and seized by order of the Honourable the Mayor's Court.
