Summary Remarks  Colonel Floyd with the Cavalry has taken up a situation near to Outre Droog, where the forage is not so bad as at Seringapatam, and for many miles around, all is laid waste and the soil is so very barren, that verdure of every kind is very scarce except in the Gardens immediately on the island.
