Remarks  Rejected on account of disease and deformity of spine rendering him unfit to perform the duties of a soldier. Aspiration difficult and depressed, says he has been unwell only about 5 days and was not aware of the affection of his spine which is probably of recent standing, or only of slight degree comparatively of the service of enlistment.
