Remarks 2  By an Act of Parliament which received the Royal assent the 21 Jun 1847. The term of Servitude in the Company's Service is limited to 12 years in the Artillery and 10 years in the Infantry. The 1st supply of Limited Service Attestations were not received till 26 June 1847.
