Summary Remarks  Letter from Thomas Parry to A T Gibbons, at Trincomalee. Mentions that he will despatch the cutter tomorrow. With changes in the Medical Department it is not likely that I can do anything with the root specimens you sent. What do you mean that 'if I can get Mr Baboom's leave for us about the ebony, it will be a good thing'? I have paid great attention with what you say on the affair of the Beef Contract. I do not suppose much could be made by it. do not send any more shell boxes we cannot sell one of them. Satin wood is also a bad article, what we sent to Calcutta is all on hand and no offer for it.
