Summary Remarks  Letter from Thomas Parry to Henry Brown, at Ramnad. Mentions that it depends on the price that can be obtained for your cotton here when the Indiamen are to depart for China, whether it is advisable to sell or consign it to China. Don't send the bales of cotton to England as they are not sufficiently compressed. Seganah is erecting an Iron screw ,and by the October ships send fifty bales by way of a trial.
