Summary Remarks  Mutiny of the Madras officers in July 1809 caused by the abolition of a tent contract that the officers made money from. Colonel Capper and Major Boles (Deputy Adjutant General) are suspended from the Honourable Company's Service. A Mr Poole was sent to Coventry by his messmates for going to Lady Barlow's Ball.
