Summary Remarks  For sale, that house belonging to Mr John Pendred Scott, and now rented to Mr Perring, situated betwixt the new house at present possessed by the Governor General, built by the late Lieutenant Colonel Fortnom, and the house now inhabited by Brigadier General Stibbert and lately by Mr Hurst. For terms apply to Mr Claud Alexander.
