Summary Remarks  Scheme for a lottery for the value of the estate of Mr Baker. In order that a property he has acquired in India may not be sold and lost. Mr Baker is impelled to take this step as he has an only daughter to send to Europe for Education and also to pay a Mortgage. The estate is split into five prizes. 1st Prize a piece of Garden Ground situated behind Mr Carmichael's House..... 5th Prize an Upper Roomed House near the Loll Bazaar opposite Mr Leblane's [Le Blanc]. Tickets may be had at Mr Schultz's, at Mr Andrew's at the Library, and at Mr Nicoll's at the Harmonic.
