William Shirley H.M. 59th Regt., who departed this life at Ferozepore on the 23rd April 1872. Aged 40 years -- ""Let but my fainting heart be blest, with thy sweet spirit for its guest. My God, to Thee I learn the rule: Thy Will be Done!"" This stone was erected by her sorrowing husband. |
