Entry  On the 8th of February last, at Calcutta, in the 32nd year of his age, from the effects of losing his left arm whilst loading a cannon, Captain John Edwards Jones, commander of the ship Fatima, eldest son of Captain E. Jones, of Sydney-place, Tranmere, Cheshire, and nephew of the late Mr. Charles Edisbury, of Bersham, near Wrexham.
