Exact Entry  ARNELL.�CARSTAIRS.�On the 6th inst, at Kirk Braddan, by the Rev William Drury, vicar and rural dean, Charles Arnell, Esq., of Elmsworth, Hants, to Eliza Jalia[sic] (Sissie) Carstairs, only daughter of the late W. H. Carstairs, of Madras, and step-daughter of Dr Reynolds, Surgeon-major (retired). H.M.'s Indian Medical Services, Grove Cottage, Union Mills.
