Francis Capper, the elder brother of Col. Capper, late of Cathays, Cardiff. -Sincere in his friendships, unassuming and mild in his manners, cheerful in society, resigned as a christian under repeated affliction from the loss of children, formed and amiable characters, (father of Col. Capper, lost on his passage from Madras, with Gen. M'Doual[sic], upon the occasion of the mutiny in the Company's troops) leaving by the recollection of his virtues, a pattern to follow.
