Inscription  Sacred to the Memory of Captain Nathaniel Bacon, who was born at Ipswich, Suffolk, on the 25th of Sept. 1734. He departed this life on the 29th of Jan 1799, aged 64 years, 4 months and 4 daya, sincerely regretted by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
