| Cemetery | South Park Street | | Surname | Crahley | | Forename(s) | Sophia | | Year of Death | 1833 | | Inscription | In the north grave of this Monument repose the remains of Mrs. Sophia Crahley, born 24th Feb. 1808, died 17th March 1833, aged 25 years 22 days. Posessed of every virtue that adorned the wife and the Christian, she was excelled but by few in the practice of either of those virtues. Her early loss will ever be deeply lamented as her memory will be deservedly cherished, by her afflicted husband, who pays this small but grateful tribute to her departed worth. ""Watch therefore for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come."" |
