Entry  FAST � At Sukkur, in Upper Scinde, on the 20th August last, and in his 34th year, Mr T S Fast, commanding a troop of irregular cavalry, with Ross Bell, Esq., the Commissioner in Upper Scinde. Mr Fast, was recently a Wukeel in the Delhi Civil Courts, and formerly a lieutenant in the 59th Regiment Bengal Native Infantry, and was the eldest son of Major General Fast, of the Bengal Army.
