Inscription  J G W Grant Ozzard, Midshipman of HMS Thetis. He was the eldest son of J W Ozzard, Paymaster-in-chief, Royal Navy, who in the outset of his career was struck down by fever in the Red Sea, and died on board in this Harbour, aged 15 years.
