Inscription  Ter gedagtenissse van de waardige en ooyt volvreede vrouwe Anna Jacoba van de Leur, teeder beminde en dierbare egtgenote van den Heere Cornelius Dionysius Kraayenhoff, opporcoopman en gezaghebber der stad en landen van Gale en Mature. Gebooren den 12 April, 1747, en tot bitter leedweezen van allen die haare deugden en groote zielshoedanigheeden bekend waeren zalig in den Heeren ontslapen den 11 October, Ao, 1785.
