Inscription  Sacred to the memory of Alexander Cadell, Esq., of His Majesty's Civil Service on this Island and for many years Civil and Military Paymaster-General. � He was born in Stirlingshire, North Britain, Feb. 9th, 1781, died February 5th, 1821.
