Inscription  In memory of Ensigns John Campbell, Barrington Haswall, William Conyngham Coane, of His Majesty's 73rd Regiment, who were accidently drowned in Colombo Roads when returning to the port from H.M. Iphigenia on the night of 27th January,1817.
