Inscription  This tablet is erected by the officers of Her Majesty's 15th Regiment in testimony of their sincere regret at the loss of brother officer during the period of the Regiment's service in Ceylon. Captain and Paymaster Robert Macgregor, ... , and died at Colombo on the 12th March,1852. Aged 42 years.
