Inscription  In Memory of Robert Gregory Morris, Esq., of the Bombay Civil Service, who died in Fort William, 19th October 1819, in the 27th year of his age. To record his virtues and their loss, this monument is erected by those to whom he was in life a tender and most affectionate brother. Alas! my brother. J.C.M., G.J.M. and W.R.M.
