Detail  In Upper Harley-st. James Taylor, esq. formerly Member of Council at Madras. He married a daughter of Andrew Williams, esq. of Southampton, sister to the late Lady Page-Turner and Lady Hart; and by that lady, who survived him, has left issue one son, the Rev. Montague Taylor, married to a daughter of the late Sir William Curtis, Bart.
