Detail  At Edinburgh, aged 84, the Hon. Ann, widow of James Strange, esq. H.E.I.C.S. She was the second dau. of Henry, first Viscount Melville, by Elizabeth, daughter of David Rennie, esq. of Melville Castle. She was married first in 1786 to Henry Drummond, esq. and secondly, in 1798, to Mr Strange, who died in 1840. By her former marriage she was mother of Henry Drummond, esq. of Albury Park M.P. for West Surrrey, the Rev. Spencer Rodney Drummond, Perp. Curate of St John's Brighton, and of Elizabeth, widow of John Portal, esq. of Freefolk Prior's, Hants.
