Detail  On their passage from Calcutta, Mary-Ann, eldest dau. of Major-Gen. John Wells Fast, of the Bengal Army; and on the 19th of March, the said Major-Gen. John Wells Fast. He was a cadet of 1797, was appointed Colonel of the 40th Native Inf. 1827, and Brigadier in command at Delhi in 1833.
