Detail  [Pages 305-306. At his residence, Great Yarmouth, aged 81, son of George Parker, esq. of Wexford and nephew to Sir Peter Parker, Bt., Admiral of the Fleet. Entered the navy in 1776. As a Lieutenant in 1788 he went with the Phoenix to the East Indies and was present at the capture of Cannanore. The Phoenix captured the French frigate La Resolue when he was its first lieutenant.
