	Detail	[At Boulogne-sur-Mer, in his 82nd year. Also a Captain R.N. 3rd son of Lord Rodney. Became a Captain in 1780 but was long retired. ""He held the office of Chief Secretary at Ceylon during a long period."" Married 1st 4 July 1784 Lady Catherine Nugent, who died 26 Feb 1794, 3 children; 2nd 19 Oct 1799 Lady Louisa Martha Stratford, who died 2 Dec 1814, 8 children including John Stratford Rodney, esq. who married 1st in 1824, Bombay, Miss Boyce, and 2nd in 1836 Eleanor Hume; 3rd, Antoinette Reyne, 5 children]
