Detail  In Euston-place, in his 75th year, Major-Gen. Edward Boardman, of the East India Company's Madras service; which he entered as a cadet in 1790; was appointed Colonel of the 45th Nat. Infantry May 1, 1824, and a Major-General Jan. 10, 1837.
