Detail  At the residence of his brother, Worcester, Lieut.-Colonel Orlando Stubbs, of the Bengal Army, second son of the late Walter Stubbs, esq. of Beckbury Hall, Shropshire. He received his appointment as cadet in 1804, and was appointed Major of the 44th Bengal Native Infantry in 1833.
