Detail  [Died at Pau. Son of the late Robert Fagan, esq. of Cork. Became a cadet of the 19th NI in 1794. Became Lieut.-Col., 1815. Made Deputy Judge Advocate General on the junction of the Indian with the British army at Alexandria. From Egypt obtained furlough in England, in Dec 1805 was back with his corps in India. In 1813 made Judge Advocate General. In 1816 retired home because of ill health]
