Detail  Killed in action, near Sassendroog, aged 22, Lieut. Alexander P. Campbell, 2d Bombay Light inf. only son of Capt. Archibald Campbell, Staff-Officer Perth district, and great-grandson of Col. Robertson, who commanded the Clan Robertson in Prince Charles's army at Culloden. Lieut. C. had greatly distinguished himself at the storming of Samanghur and Punalla.
