Entry  Christopher, Caroline, the wife of Lieut.W. Indian Navy, at Bombay, March 26. (We regret to find that some anxiety has been occasioned to the friends of Lieut. Christopher by an erroneous announcement, taken from an Indian newspaper, of his death, instead of that of his wife; we are happy in being able to state on unquestionable authority that Lieutenant Christopher was in perfect health on the 20th. May, and it is believed he has resumed command on the Indus. Ed. Allen's Indian Mail.)
