Seaman James Davidson died at sea 20th Apr 1827. Apprentice Thomas Bucknell ran from the ship on the 1st of Dec 1826 as did seamen Thomas Casey and Edmund Taylor on the 26th Dec 1826. John McDowal Stroyan (obviously a relative of the Commander) was discharged at Calcutta on the 1st Dec 1826. The absent men were replaced by Bisentz, Bremmer, Johnson and Silva prior to the journey back to Liverpool..
