The late Mr Harper - who was highly respected and is a loss to the Department - was employed in the unhealthy zemindari of Bustar of the Central Provinces, and in his zeal to effect a good return of work was in consequence kept out too late in the season, which no doubt unfortunately hastened his death shortly after returning to recess quarters. |
