Particulars of family as far as known; if any relative in the country  Widow, Jane maria Wray, residing at Nynee Tal.    
If any property left, and in what custody  Personal property in custody of widow, Jane Maria Wray, sole executrix.    
Remarks  Deceased died of cholera after an illness of six days. Accompanying letter states: "".. Died at Nynee Tal on the afternoon of the 3rd instant. Mr Wray joined this Department on the 18th November 1862 from the Roorkee College, when he was a Gunner attached to the Corps fo Sappers. He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in May 1864, and obtained his discharge from the Army on the 13th December 1866.
