Particulars of family as far as known; if any relative in the country  Mrs Crinion, the deceased's mother, lives at Howrah; his brother, J Crinion, is employed as a water-engine driver, called the "" Tullah pumping engine,"" in Howrah, or the neighbourhood.    
If any property left, and in what custody  Personal property of small amount is left in deceased's house in the custody of the Police Inspector; some money is due to the deceased from the Government, which is being retained until its disposal is sanctioned by competent authority.    
Remarks  The deceased was drowned in the Soane River while endeavouring to save a drowning man who had been with him in a boat for pleasure.
