Particulars of family as far as known; if any relative in the country  Bachelor. Two brothers - George Davis is employed in the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Rohtuck. Philip Davis is an Inspector of Police at Oomrawuttee, East Berar. Two sisters - One is married to Mr Haslett, District Superintendent of Police, Moozufferghur, and the other to Mr Rodgers, at present at Simla.     
If any property left, and in what custody  Private papers, cash and live stock taken over by the deceased's brother, and by him transferred to the custody of the Deputy Commissioner of Rohtuck, who reports, having intimated, to the death of Mr EF Davis, to the Administrator General. The live stock has been sold off, but the rest of the effects will be disposed of on receipt of instructions from the Administrator General.
