The data are transcribed from the book compiled by Charles Prinsep published by Truebner & Co in 1885.

Summary of Service  1830: Writer. 1832: Assistant to the Principal Collector and Magistrate of Coimbatore. 1835: Head Assistant to the Principal Collector and Magistrate of Coimbatore. 1836: At home on absentee allowance. 1841: Returned to India. 1842: Out of employ. 1843: Sub-Secretary to the Board of Revenue. 1850: Civil and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. 1857: Civil and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore. 1858: Proceeded on furlough. 1859: Resigned the service, 13th June, in India. (Annuirant on the Fund, 1859.)
